TINA DANHOO SEEBALUCK
Co-founder and Managing Partner
Tina is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”) and holds a BSC Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University.
Tina trained in a medium-sized audit practice in London, auditing companies in diverse industry segments: real estate, manufacturing, e-commerce, financial services and other trading companies.
After 10 rich years in London, Tina relocated to Mauritius in 2012, and co-founded Logika, supporting small and medium-sized owner managed businesses. Tina specialises in financial & management accounting advisory services and tax compliance for her clients in various industries, including global businesses. She is passionate about solving problems, data analysis to guide decision making and participating in strategic decision and recommendations for her clients, in addition to helping other people in her team to advance in their careers by identifying and leveraging their strengths.
Tina’s other interests include reading, movies and cooking.
ASHLEY SEEBALUCK
Co-founder and Partner
Ashley graduated with a BCom from University of Mumbai and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”).
Ashley started his career in London in tax in a small audit and tax practice, before moving to a top 10 firm in Central London to train as an auditor. Ashley returned to Mauritius in 2012, following a career in London spanning over 12 years, and joined a large multinational pharmaceutical company, heading the Accounting, Tax and Treasury Team. In this role, Ashley led a group of talented professionals driving the business by providing technical support (IFRS, Tax advisory and Hedging strategies), ensuring compliance with tax regulators in various jurisdictions and advising on the trade route set up of the company’s manufacturing and commercial activities to optimize tax. Ashley was also responsible to retain, nurture and develop the next generation of Finance professionals at the company.
In his other roles, Ashley was also the CFO of a listed cement company in Mauritius, and has co-founded Fortree Management Services Ltd, a management company licensed by the Financial Services Commission.
ROBBY NAIDU
At Logika, Robby is involved in financial accounting, management accounting, auditing and tax compliance. Robby is an ACCA affiliate. He has spent 15 years in London at industry level and exhibits ample experience in management, finance, accounting, taxation and auditing. He strives to provide the best service to the firm’s clients and is a high performer ensuring fulfilment of each client’s accounting needs.
KHOOSHAL LUCKUN
Khooshal is a graduate from the University of Mauritius. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (minor: Finance). After graduating in 2016, Khooshal joined Logika as Accounts Assistant. At Logika, Khooshal is involved in Financial & Management Accounting, Auditing and Tax Compliance.
URVASHI RAMDIN
With a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking Urvashi started her career in hospitality and joined Logika as accounts assistant. She currently manages bookkeeping, payroll and the preparation and filing of timely financial statements and returns. Urvashi sees beyond the numbers and provides value-added services to the firm’s clients.
